Eligibility Criteria For Provincial Nominee Program: To be eligible for Provincial Nominee Program of Canada Express Entry:
Applicants should have their application into Canadian Express Entry Pool.
Having interest in settling permanently in Alberta.
Should have fulfilled occupation criteria as per Alberta requirement.
Having CRS score of 300 or above.
British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP)-Federal Skilled Worker Program:
Eligibility criteria for BCPNP:
To be eligible for British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program:
An application should have submitted expression of Interest in Expression of Interest in Canadian Express entry Pool.
Having intention in settling in British Colulmbia.
Should have occupation listed as per British Columbia PNP requirement.
Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program:
There are two categories of Saskatchewan:
1) Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (Express Entry)
2) Saskatchewan in Demand Provincial Nominee Program (Without Express Entry)
Eligibility Criteria: Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (Express Entry)
An applicant should have shown expression of Interest in Canadian Express Entry Pool.
Should Have fulfilled 67 points grid of express entry.
Having occupation listed in occupation list of SINP.
Intention to live in Saskatchewan Province.
Eligibility Criteria for Saskatchewan in Demand Provincial Nominee Program:
Those candidates who are not fulfilling the criteria for Canada Express entry pool and having their occupations listed in Saskatchewan in Demand can file their application in this category where the points criteria is accomplishing 60 points grid out of 100 points.
Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program:
There are two categories of Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program
1) Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program (Express Entry)
2) Nova Scotia in Demand Stream
Eligibility Criteria for Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program (Express Entry)
An individual should have filled the application in Canada Express Entry Pool.
Should fulfill the occupation in demand list of Nova Scotia.
Showing the intention in settling in the province of Nova Scotia.
Have job offer from the respective employer of Nova Scotia.
Nova Scotia in Demand Stream:
Eligibility Criteria for Nova Scotia in Demand Stream an applicant should have full time job offer from Nova Scotia employer in the below listed categories:
A) NOC:3413 (Nurses Aides Orderies and Patient Service Associates)
B) NOC: 7511 (Transport Truck Drivers).
All other factors remain the same.
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program:

Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (Express Entry)
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for Provincial Nominee Program
An applicant should have created profile in Canadian Express pool.
Having clear intention to settle in that province.
Should fulfill occupation in demand criteria of Prince Edward Island Province.
Requirements for a Provincial Nomination:
The applicant must meet the minimum requirements of a Territory or Provinces’ Express Entry PNP stream. Such as,
- Must be aged between 18-55 years
- Must have a proficiency over one or both of the official languages of Canada (i.e. English or French).
- Must show the evidence of his/her language skills by qualifying in English Language examinations via one of the recognized tests.
- Meet the minimum fund requirement
- Must have a relevant qualification under specified NOC and at least a year of proved work experience.
The applicant must have an Express Entry profile. And the profile must show that he/she has met the minimum criteria for Express Entry under different streams.
The applicant can acquire additional points by having a study degree from Canada or a valid job offer (* Labor Market Impact Assessment may require).
What are the Benefits of Provincial Nomination Program (PNP)?
- Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) open pathways for the Permanent Residency to Canada through Express Entry. Because any nomination from PNP enables the applicant to add 600 points to his CRS Score.
- Some of the PNP programs do not require a job offer from a Canadian employer.
- Few provinces like SINP (Saskatchewan Immigration Nomination Program) accept candidates with a low-level language proficiency (i.e. CLB 4). This can be an advantageous opportunity for applicants with low IELTS scores.
